1. Early Morning Start – Tapovan to Barrage

Start Time: 6:00 AM
Distance: ~8 km

The ride begins from Tapovan, where the cool Himalayan morning air sets the perfect tone for the day.

Riders cruise down towards the Rishikesh Barrage, with the first breathtaking views of the Ganges River flowing calmly through the valley.

2. Enter the Jungle – Barrage to Chilla

Distance: ~20 km

From the barrage, the route heads toward the entrance of the Chilla Gate, the gateway to the wilderness.

This stretch runs alongside forest canals and riverbanks before entering the wild terrain of Rajaji.

The Chilla zone is famous for elephant corridors, sal forests, and birdlife, making it one of the most exciting natural landscapes near Rishikesh.

3. Off-Road Adventure to Bindwasni Temple

This is the most thrilling section of the ride.

6. Final Scenic Return – Neer Gaddu to Tapovan

Distance: ~5 km

The last stretch takes riders through the beautiful area of Neer Garh Waterfall road, locally called Neer Gaddu.

This winding hill road climbs back toward Tapovan with amazing views of the Ganga valley and surrounding forest.

Return to Tapovan by late afternoon or sunset, completing a perfect loop ride.
